Please join NCSS in Celebrating the Artists participating in the Program for Adaptive and Expressive Arts in the 3rd annual ART LIBRARY TOUR!
The creations of these talented people will be on display in the libraries of Franklin and Grand Isle Counties Beginning May 16th and running through August 2nd.
