Join us for virtual HEART groups! As part of the HEART Program’s mission to ensure all families have support as they navigate welcoming new babies, from the hospital to the home, this HEART Group will offer self-care strategies for caregiver(s) and encourage positive play.
This is a time for parents to talk about the ups and downs of parenting in a safe, supportive place while also engaging with their babies, learning new play skills and discussing parenting strategies.
