Youth WRAP - What's in your toolbox?

WRAP® (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) can be used for things like uncomfortable feelings and thoughts, transition to middle and high school, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, starting or ending a relationship, and for anyone to increase physical or mental wellness.

Join Facilitators Stephanie and Rebecca from Northwestern Pediatrics for a fun, creative group to improve mental health and socialize with others like you!

WHO:  Youth ages 12 to 16

WHEN: Monday, August 12th  through Thursday, August 15th from 9 am to 3 pm

WHERE: 12 Crest Road St. Albans, VT   (Northwestern Counseling and Support Services, Suite 12 - next to Northwestern Pediatrics Suite 11B)

Group runs for 4 days total.

*Lunch is provided.  Youth are allowed bring snacks to eat and drink during group!

*Participants who complete all four days will be entered in a drawing for a $25 Amazon gift card
