Contracted Community Support

We are in search of a dependable, dynamic, and sociable individual within the Chittenden County area to assist a lively and engaging young man with intellectual impairment in participating in his favorite community activities and social events. The individual utilizes both a wheelchair and walker with assistance, is hearing impaired, and communicates through sign language. Willingness to learn American Sign Language is required. The role may involve occasional personal care tasks, so comfort in such situations is essential. The position is from Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 3 pm, offering $20 per hour through Aris Solutions. Applicants must be 18 years or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have reliable transportation, and pass a set of background screenings. Training will be provided.
