NCSS is currently seeking an individual with experience in the healthcare field to provide technical support and training to staff within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Responsibilities include: researching and troubleshooting EMR issues; coordinating and facilitating trainings; and providing general support with Outlook, Excel and Word. Successful candidates would possess strong customer service skills, be solution-focused, self-motivated and have the desire for continuous learning, with the ability to maintain multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Associates Degree or two years related experience in medical records management within a healthcare practice desired. |

The successful candidate would be tech savvy, detail oriented, able to work in a fast paced environment and possess effective oral and written communication skills. Appropriate candidates will have a positive attitude, the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, and be able to work well independently. Associates Degree (A.S.) from a two-four year College or University. Two years related experience in billing and/or coding in a healthcare practice desired. |
