Residential Behavior Interventionist

Our Behavior Support Team is seeking an energetic candidate to provide support for individuals with emotional and behavioral issues within the community and at our 24/7staffed residential setting.

Ideal candidates should have:

  • A positive attitude and strong and supportive presence.
  • Willingness to engage individuals with therapeutic interventions.
  • The ability to provide a highly structured, consistent, predictable, and therapeutic environment.

Prior experience working with people who have developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities and/or mental health conditions is a plus and experience working with individuals who display significant behavioral changes in residential and community settings, or more structured therapeutic settings is preferred. Weekend availability needed. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
