Celebrating a Decade of Community, Support, and Acceptance
St. Albans, VT — Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) is proud to announce the 10th Annual Autism Walk of Northwestern Vermont, taking place on Saturday, May 18th, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Collins Perley Sports & Fitness Center in St. Albans, Vermont. This milestone event brings together families, friends, advocates, community partners, and community members to promote Autism acceptance and celebrate the incredible strength and diversity of individuals on the Autism spectrum.
Held in the heart of our community, the Autism Walk is a powerful display of unity and compassion. This year marks a decade of walking together in support of inclusion, awareness, and understanding.
“As someone from this community who played sports, I always appreciated how the community showed up to support me and my teammates,” said Danielle Roberts, Director of Community Relations at NCSS. “This is our opportunity to return that support—to show up for Autistic individuals and their families by walking alongside them.”
Participants are encouraged to gather pledges in support of Autism programs and services. All proceeds go toward supporting NCSS’s efforts in advocacy, education, and resources for individuals and families affected by Autism in Northwestern Vermont.
