The Franklin-Grand Isle Community Partnership is comprised of various organizations and individuals with the singular goal of giving everyone the opportunity to make the most of their lives. Over the years bringing these organizations together has led to numerous collaborations that have resulted in positive outcomes for the individuals served. It should also be noted that this is the only Community Partnership that continues to meet monthly since the state eliminated the regional coordinator positions in 2009. Today we’ll discuss the impact that the Franklin-Grand Isle Community Partnership has had locally and why the group continues to thrive.
