Vermont Care Partners is a statewide network focused on supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those with mental health and substance use needs,to maintain independence and well-being. While not traditional housing providers, Vermont Care Partners agencies help individuals navigate complex systems and find appropriate housing solutions. With the opening of the Able House, Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is expanding its housing options to serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, particularly those with higher medical and mental health needs.
